About Me
Daniel Anthony-Ignatius Swanger, born 1954, is a world-class, nationally known Postmodernist of Classical art, specialising in framed oil on canvas portraits, and sketched watercolor-pencil portraits besides other subjects. His studio is in East Brainerd area of Chattanooga. He uses a Venetian technique of golden brown painting ground and is one of the well known Postmosernists since the 1980s, deconstructing art history to allow for Classical art to endure and prevail.
